More than 1,350 flats are on offer under various categories at Dwarka, Jasola, Manglapuri, Vasant Kunj and Rohini.
The cheapest is located in Narela and is being offered to the economically weaker sections/Janata.
The maximum number of apartments—757—have been offered in the MIG, or middle income group, category.
The DDA Housing Scheme 2021 brochure shows 254 flats in HIG, or high income group, category, 52 in LIG, or low income group, and 291 in EWS/Janta categories.
Both 3 BHK and 2 BHK flats are available for the HIG category; while 2 BHK flats are on sale under MIG category.
A whole range of 215 3 BHK flats under HIG are up for grabs for between ₹1.97 crore and ₹2.14 crore in Jasola Pocket 9B, the brochure shows.
The plinth area of these flats ranges between 162.41 sq. m and 177.26 sq. m.
Thirteen HIG flats are on offer in Vasant Kunj for ₹1.43 crore to ₹1.72 crore.
The MIG flats are situated in Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, and Rohini, while the EWS ones are available in Mangalagiri, officials said.
DDA flat aspirants are encouraged to apply under the DDA Housing Scheme 2021 by 16 February, the brochure showed.
Applicants will have to visit DDA only for the execution deed. Allottees can apply for benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Housing for All (Urban) credit-linked subsidy scheme, the DDA said.
The brochure says allottees of EWS flats will not be permitted to sell or transfer or otherwise part with the possession for five years from delivery of possession as several concessions are being offered.
DDA last launched its housing scheme in March 2019 when nearly 18,000 flats under four categories—7,496 (EWS), 8,383 (LIG), 1,555 (MIG) and 488 (HIG)—were put on the block.
